International Shipping
Flat rate shipping does not apply to international orders, the difference will be calculated and added to your order. If the order is paid by means other than a credit card the customer will be sent an email informing them of the difference. Different countries have different shipping standards, for some countries there is no tracking and no delivery timeline guarantees. The US Postal Service will generally give a shipping time of 4 to 6 weeks. ***NOTE*** if there is no tracking option on international orders we cannot guarantee delivery and lost shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds on Product Returns
Changing an Order Once It Has Been Submitted:
We’re sorry, orders cannot be changed once they’ve been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we’re unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. If you ordered an incorrect item or changed your mind, you may return the product(s) within 15 days of receipt of your order. The items MUST be un-used and in good re-sellable condition. You will be refunded for the cost of the items less shipping. Be sure to E-Mail us with return instructions. Should the return be due to an error, you will receive a replacement, or refunded in full. Damaged or missing item claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please E-Mail  customerservice@daddyo.biz to make arrangements for refunds or damage claims.

Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order that you placed, do so immediately, simply E-Mail  us customerservice@daddyo.biz  with your cancellation. If you wait a couple of days it may have already been shipped. Orders that have already been shipped, or boxed, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Backorders:
We do carry a large selection of products, however, there may be times when demand is greater than supply or we are introducing a new product line and do not yet have a feel for inventory requirements.
If an order has an item that is not in inventory then the order will be held until the item is received or one week, whichever is shorter. At that time the order will be sent and a new invoice will be created for the backordered items.
